How The Lab evolved:

A few months ago looking at pictures,I realized that I didn’t like the way I looked. I was the heaviest I’ve ever been in my life at nearly 175 lbs. Even looking back over the past few years there were many times when I weighed less but still looked overweight. Weight gain is insidious and now I just felt there was no hope.  Then I discovered GLP-1 medication and it’s been a game changer. 

 

My personal experience with GLP-1 medication has been amazing. In less than 6 months I’ve lost over 45 lbs. Down from a size 10 to a size 2. I not only look better, I feel better. I have more confidence and more energy. My own experience is a testament to how effective this meditation is that’s why I will only prescribe what I’ve used myself. Helping people is what drives me.
